§ The offering

An extended opening at the courtyard of Chief Nanna Olomu in Koko — six days of remembrance, processions, and civic gatherings that set the river's calendar for the year.

01

A courtyard, a chief, a memory

Neville's Day ++ unfolds inside the historic Koko courtyard — the seat of Chief Nanna Olomu, whose figure presides over the opening week. Six days of civic gatherings, oral history sessions and quiet processions prepare the river towns for the festival to come.

02

Programme

Daily opening at 8:00 AM. Heritage walks each morning, oral-history circles after noon, evening processions and torch-lighting from the courtyard at sundown.

03

Entry

Free and open to all. Modest dress requested inside the courtyard. Register your visit to receive the printed programme.
